We want Energywallet to be run honestly and safely. If you see something wrong, we want to hear about it, and we'll protect you for speaking up.

Who can report

Anyone: our staff, contractors, partners, vendors, customers and members of the public.

What to report

  • Fraud, theft or misuse of customer money
  • Bribery or corruption
  • Money laundering or other financial crime
  • Breaches of law, regulation or our policies
  • Risks to customer data or safety
  • Any attempt to hide the above

How to report

  • In writing: marked "Confidential: Whistleblowing", to 3 Kaltungo Street, Garki II, Abuja, FCT, Nigeria

You can report anonymously. Sharing a way to contact you helps us follow up on what you tell us.

What happens next

We acknowledge your report, look into it promptly and independently, and take action where needed. Where appropriate, we'll let you know the outcome, while respecting the confidentiality of everyone involved.

Your protection

We keep your identity confidential. We will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports a genuine concern in good faith, and anyone who retaliates will face disciplinary action.

Reporting to regulators

You may also report concerns directly to the relevant authorities, including the Central Bank of Nigeria. [TBC: confirm regulator contact routes with counsel.]
