Transfers between Energywallet users are free. Transfers to other banks are charged at standard rates, the same as you'd pay with any Nigerian bank, and you'll see the charge before you confirm.

Anyone you've sent money to or received money from on Energywallet.

Your payment is held securely until you confirm receipt. Once an order is marked delivered, you have 24 hours to confirm or raise a dispute. When the 24 hours pass without a dispute, the payment is released to the vendor automatically.

Service vouchers stay valid until they're used.
