Energywallet operates through licensed banking partners regulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). This page explains what that means for you.

Our regulatory standing

  • Licensed by the CBN. Payments, wallets and deposits are delivered through our licensed banking partners, which are regulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria.
  • Deposits insured by the NDIC. Eligible deposits are insured by the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
