Top-up request
A top-up request lets you ask someone you've paid before to send you money, which they can accept or decline in a tap.
A top-up request is a request for money sent to someone you've transacted with on Energywallet. The person receiving it can accept, which opens a pre-filled transfer for them to confirm, or decline privately.
Requests expire after 24 hours, and limits apply. Learn how to request a top-up.
