Funding your wallet takes seconds. This guide walks you through it from start to finish.
Before you start
Make sure you have:
- The Energywallet app installed and your account set up
- Access to the bank account or card you want to fund from
Step 1: Open your wallet
From the home screen, tap Top Up in your Quick Actions. You will see your main wallet balance at the top.
Step 2: Choose how much to add
Enter the amount you want to fund. You can start with any amount.
Step 3: Pick your funding source
Fund directly from any bank. Confirm the source, approve with your biometric login, and the money lands in your wallet in seconds.
Step 4: You are done
Your balance updates immediately. From here you can send money, pay bills, budget, or shop the marketplace.
Tip: Turn on Auto Budget right after funding so a portion of your money is set aside automatically.
