How to buy and redeem a service voucher

Service vouchers let you pay for services in the Energywallet app and use them in person when you're ready.

Step 1: Browse vouchers

Open Vouchers in the app and browse by category: fitness, beauty and grooming, supermarkets and more.

Step 2: Check the details

Each voucher shows the business, what's included, the price and the terms. Vouchers are final once bought, so read these before you pay.

Step 3: Buy it

Pay from your Energywallet balance. Your voucher saves straight to My Vouchers.

Step 4: Redeem it in person

At the business, open the voucher and show your code. Staff type it in or scan it, and the voucher is marked as used, with the time and place saved.

Good to know

• Vouchers stay valid until they're used.
• You can share a voucher from My Vouchers. Whoever holds the code can use it.
• Each voucher covers one complete service and works once.
