How to become a vendor on Energywallet
If you sell products or services, Energywallet puts your store in front of people who already pay, shop and top up in the app. Here's how to get set up.
What you get as a vendor
- A store in the Energywallet Marketplace
- Orders that arrive already paid
- Payment released to your wallet when the customer confirms delivery
- Store space, the vendor app and selling currently free (see Pricing & fees)
Step 1: Sign up as a vendor
Download the Energywallet app and choose Vendor when you create your account.
Step 2: Complete vendor verification
Complete vendor KYC with your identity and business details. Our support team reviews your application, and once it's approved, your account is active.
Step 3: List your products and services
Add your products or services with clear photos, prices and descriptions. Accurate listings matter: buyer protection covers receiving the exact item shown in your listing.
Step 4: Accept orders and get paid
When an order comes in, accept it and move it from processing to delivered. Deliver with your own rider and keep the delivery fee, or use a delivery provider. Once the customer confirms receipt, or 24 hours after delivery with no dispute, the payment lands in your wallet.
